Often, we are brought in when there is a performance issue, a conflict or other barrier to success that is surfacing and needs greater understanding.
We will work with the leaders of the team, or the full team, to develop a more complete understanding of the situation and its impact. We use in-depth interviews with the team members as well as specific assessments to gain a more complete picture.
Based on this input, we present our findings about what is occurring on the team so that leaders and team members have a clearer understanding of the situation and opportunities for improvement. We jointly design next steps with clients to create the changes needed to improve the team’s performance.
