Sometimes it’s clear that an “issue” exists, but it’s not exactly clear what the real issue is. Other times, the executive, or those around the executive, are clear about the issue, but it’s sensitive or controversial in some way and so it’s difficult to have the necessary conversation to resolve the issue.
Successful executive coaching can help the key players clarify the issues and start to have an authentic conversation around them so they can find a path to resolving the issue/find a path to resolution.
